I have never experienced a more "all-american" 4th of July then I did this year! Tyson and I drove to Walla Walla to meet family that was visiting from Texas. It was a warm, sunny morning and we walked, lawn chairs in hand to the nieghborhood park. We strolled around for a while before parking in the shade of a giant tree with a low limb, crawling with local kids. We sat on the grass for some time, just chatting, sipping on Pepsi's, munching food from the surrounding vendors, people watching and playing with Tyson. There was a huge white gazebo that housed a variety of musicians. It was like a movie, a small town 4th!
